Soprano Teaira Burge and pianist Jordan Crice presents two related song cycles by Libby Larsen: Margaret Songs and My Ántonia. Both cycles set texts by Willa Cather, one of Teaira's favorite authors. The Song Set is excited that our second program features musical storytelling in English, created by a living, female composer. 

Both cycles are performed with permission (and encouragement!) from the composer.
